My Precious Mother

Filed under: Poem — jagrutivalani @ 12:21 pm

God created you precious Mother
In my eyes you’ll never grow old
Your smile is made from sunbeams
Your heart is pure as gold.

A life of hardship and sorrow
So much pain and so much despair
Yet He gave me someone so special
Full of love beyond compare.

You remind me of the flower you love
Arranged in such lovely array
Taking on the challenges of life
As you go about your busy day.

A Mother’s heart brings forth so much hope
As it does Mother’s love
Diligently fashioned by Angels
Sent from Heaven above.

When God created Mother’s
He gave you a special touch
He knew you were one of a kind
Mom, I love you very much.

You are a unique Mother
All my love is sent your way
May God walk beside you
Today and every Day.

Born To Live

Filed under: Poem — jagrutivalani @ 7:14 am

I would like to be a flower which blooms to full glory and dies,
than being a tree that never blossoms.
I would like to be a spark that burns with a brilliant blaze for a moment,
than being a light which cannot show path to anyone.
I would like to be a superb meteor which carries a magnificent glow,
than being a sleepy and permanent planet.
I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall used my time.
I am born to Live. Not to Exist.

Be Truthful

Filed under: Poem — jagrutivalani @ 8:36 am

We tell lies when we are afraid..
Afraid of what we don’t know,
Afraid of what others will think,
Afraid of what will be found out about us.
But every time we tell a lie.. the thing we fear grows stronger.
Be truthful.
With others. With self.

Life Goes On….

Filed under: Poem — jagrutivalani @ 7:27 am

In every human life,
there are some moments when one is sad and depressed
Frustrated from every zone of life,
And feel like leaving everything & going away
And Life Goes on …

Some moments in which
one is wrapped with tensions
one wants to get out of them
and fly high in the sky
But cant run away, and life goes on …

Some moments in which,
one who adores hurts sentiments,
one needs a support, a shoulder to dry on,
But doesn’t find one , and life goes on …

Some moments in which one gets tired of life
or so intensely hurt that one wants to die
one wishes to end up with
life at that very moment, and life goes on …

And in every human life on day arrives
When there is a big halt to one’s life.
And then the people cry
and show that they were concerned

Then the question arises
Do they wait for one’s death,
To care, To understand the one
If so, then wait till death and untill then

Like A Rose

Filed under: Poem — jagrutivalani @ 12:11 pm

Like A Rose
You are the
Blossom of my life
It is your touch
That will engrave
Upon my heart
The sonnet that has
Not been thought of.

Like A Rose
Your sweet fragrance &
Extraordinary glamour
Leave the beauticians &
The perfumeries
Marveling at such an

Like A Rose
The colors of your soul
The grace of your presence &
The melody of your voice
Bestow upon me
The utmost desire to
Embrace you forever
